I'm a custom oil & acrylic painter and fashion illustrator. I am mostly self-taught, I have never had any formal training in painting or fashion illustration, besides being introduced to these art forms and carrying the artistic genes from my Armenian grandma, Carolyn Zari Derharootunian (who I am also named after). I have been practicing different art forms for the last 14 years , making custom paintings for clients for the last 4 years, and before that I was creating bespoke illustrations for private clients, bloggers, influencers, and small businesses since 2017. I have shown & sold my paintings at art exhibitions in Los Angeles, New York City, Barcelona, Marbella, and Paris and have sold at the Melrose Trading Post in Los Angeles.

I draw my inspiration from colors in nature, fashion, and home design. I often paint florals, sunsets, and oceans as they are elements that bring the most peace and wonder to any space. My specialty is in color-matching. I am able to color-match my pieces to the exact color of any image from online or in your home so that a piece goes seamlessly with the client’s aesthetic.
